The Rescot Management Team

Glen Lloyd |
Glen Lloyd joined Rescot as its 5th employee after graduating from West
Chester University in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration. Soon after joining the company, Rescot began development of
their flagship application, The Business System: Long-Term Care Pharmacy (LTCP). After various staff and management roles in support,
training, account management, and sales/marketing, Glen became President of the company in 1998. Glen enjoys the challenges of the
industry, be they political, economic or corporate. Collaborating with Rescot's strong tenured team, with their wealth of experience
in technology and long-term care pharmacy, makes overseeing Rescot's activities quite enjoyable. Having been with the Rescot from
its roots, Glen is proud to continue our founders' vision for the company: creating an environment where employees like to work and
where customers like to do business. |
| Dave Scott is a highly accomplished Information Technology professional who has
26 years of experience designing, developing and implementing software applications. He is a successful entrepreneur who co-founded
Rescot, which developed the "gold standard" software package used by long-term care pharmacies. Dave served as the
President and Chief System Architect from the company's inception in 1984. He relinquished his duties as President in 1995 so that
he could spend more time on architecture and technology strategy. Dave continues to architect new aspects of the software, especially
in the areas of pharmacy automation and connectivity to machines and products used at nursing homes. He also spends time investigating
new technology that can be incorporated into our products. |

where he oversaw the transition of Rescot from a private company to a subsidiary of NCS Healthcare in 1997. Since then his other

| Tom Weiss, Rescots Product Manager for LTCP since 1995, orchestrates the
work of bringing people and product together. A graduate of Rutgers University, he joined Rescot in 1989 to help develop and expand
the LTCP software system, building it into a solid product with the broad feature set needed by long-term care pharmacies. He is well
known and regarded among his industry peers. Tom is a member of NCPDP, ASCP, and ASAP. In all of these organizations Tom is an
advocate of the unique interests of institutional pharmacy. He has consulted to ASCP on special projects and has served on the ASAP
Board of Directors for two terms. Tom is results-oriented and judges himself by how well pharmacies succeed in putting Rescot
automation to work. Our industry is driven by a fast-paced national arena where change is prevalent, requiring Rescot to issue 10 or
more pharmacy software releases annually to keep pace. If you really want to know whats next and when, ask Tom. |
